Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any HireMeUp services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account

3. Plans & Payments

Our Free plan is available at no cost with limited features. Paid plans require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information in applications
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use automated means to create multiple accounts
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the auto-apply feature to spam or harass employers

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features (resume optimization, interview coaching, job fit analysis, auto-apply answers) are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before submission. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific outcome.

6. Auto-Apply Usage

The Auto-Apply feature is configured entirely by you. You are responsible for ensuring that your auto-apply settings (salary requirements, remote preferences, company blacklist, etc.) accurately reflect your preferences. HireMeUp is not responsible for applications submitted to unintended employers or roles.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, job applications, portfolio projects). You grant HireMeUp a limited license to store and process this content solely for providing our services. The HireMeUp platform, including its code, design, AI models, and branding, is owned by HireMeUp and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireMeUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, or interruption of business, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → General → Danger Zone → Delete My Account. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
